Our Traditional Chipolatta sausages are a real hit at farmers markets and a favourite choice for children.
Our beautiful Rare Breed Pork is hung for a minimum of 10 days to ensure optimum tenderness and superior flavour. We only use the very best cuts of hand selected pork in our sausages. The meat is then Minced and the ingredients added and mixed in by hand. The sausage meat is then squeezed into natural sheep casings.
We recommend you cook our sausages in the oven at 180C for 20 - 25 minutes until the skin is browned and they are piping hot inside.
Supplied in approximately 380g packs which contain 10 - 12 perfect handmade sausages!
